Video capture guidelines to get the best results

The process is very simple! Take your product, place it on a flat white surface and capture a video of it by walking around it in circles.

Try to avoid jerky movements to minimise motion blur and use as high a shutter speed as possible. Your 3D photo will only look as good as your capture so light your products as best as possible.

It is preferable to shoot your products with objects always visible in the background rather than a featureless white backdrop - having some objects on the floor helps our AI understand proportions

Capture a at last five times circling by a different angle

You will get the best results by circling the product at least five times and capturing it from 5 different elevations. This means going around 360 degrees at each of the camera positions below:

You can use any device to film your product, but bear in mind that a better picture quality will yield the best results.

Uploading your video to our portal

Once you've capture your video, upload it to your dropbox or google drive and send a link in the form. You will receive a link with your 3D photo by email once it's ready
